You basically gave an ELI5 answer, then they feel the need to go and correct you and show people how “professionally trained” they are. Some people are just that insecure.

...but also attracted a lot of LinkedIn requests for me to hire people. When I’m not even a manager. Our company gives “VP” titles to senior people over time, we have like a bajillion VPs.
